Open Access Statement

Until December 2022, most articles published by Discovery Medicine contained the note: "Copyright © Discovery Medicine. All rights reserved", and hosted the full-text article for free access by all readers from anywhere in the world based on Discovery Medicine’s fully open-access publishing model.

Since January 2023, Discovery Medicine has published all articles under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which grants authors the broadest possible rights to their work while permitting others to share, adapt, and reuse the content with appropriate attribution.
