Dear Colleagues,

Endometrial cancer, a prevalent and life-threatening gynecological malignancy, poses a significant health challenge globally. Understanding its pathogenesis and bolstering research efforts are crucial to devising efficacious prevention, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions.

We welcome submissions of original research papers, comprehensive review articles, captivating case studies, and insightful commentaries on various aspects of endometrial cancer. Topics of interest encompass, but are not confined to: Intricate molecular pathways driving endometrial cancer; Emerging diagnostic and prognostic markers; Novel therapeutic interventions and personalized medicine strategies; Epidemiological studies coupled with risk factor evaluations; Genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenomics of endometrial cancer.

Through this special issue, we intend to convene distinguished scholars and investigators from various disciplines for a comprehensive discourse on endometrial cancer's pathogenesis and research trajectory. In harnessing our collective knowledge and expertise, we anticipate spearheading monumental breakthroughs in this pivotal domain.
